We have put together a page for members that provides all the relevant information you need to know to ensure you can enjoy the experience of the world’s best golfers in action at The Grange from 26th to 28th April 2024.

Member Tickets

Category 1/1A, 2/2A, 3/3A, 4, 5 & 6 members who registered for tickets have had them distributed to the email address supplied when registering.

Please log in to your LIV Golf ticket account to access your tickets. If you do not have a LIV Golf Ticket account already setup, you can set one up using the email address you used when registering for tickets. Instructions on setting up an account are included with your ticket email and/or on the LIV Golf Ticket website.

Please note: The club’s Saturday ticket allocation is now exhausted.

LIV GOLF TICKET LOGIN

Tickets (or Grounds Passes) will get members through any public entry gate. View the map below to determine your best entry point.

Tickets can be used to access free public transport and shuttle buses available courtesy of the South Australian government (details available on the LIV Golf website).

We remind members that ground passes are limited to one pass per member per day.

Free Grounds Pass admission for children aged 12 and under at the entry gate. 

Members Only Areas

Last drinks at 6:30pm, closure at 7:00pm. This will be strictly enforced by event security.

Members have a dedicated Members Only area for the duration of the tournament. This area includes the Beeston Lounge and balcony area (as per the 2023 event), plus the addition of the East course putting green and below the Beeston balcony area. Access to the Beeston Lounge and balcony area will be via the northern stairs only.

A short menu is available with dine in and takeaway options for members. Beverage service is also available in this area. There is limited seating available in the Members Only areas.

The ladies locker room is available as a unisex toilet facility for members.

To gain access to the Members Only areas, members need to show their Member Card or Member App Account to staff on arrival. Members will be given a wristband which will enable entry to these areas. Wristbands are available to collect from 9:00am each day of the event (Friday through to Sunday). A new wristband is required each day.

Cashless Event

The LIV Golf tournament is a CASHLESS event – only EFTPOS and Member Accounts are accepted in the Members Only areas.

If you wish to use your Member Account, you need to ensure that your Member Account is topped up prior to the tournament, as the Club is not processing account top-ups during the event. Members can top-up their account using the Club app.

Administration Office

The administration office is closed for the duration of the tournament, however staff will be available via phone.

For any club/member enquiries during the tournament, please call the administration office on (08) 8355 7100. Staff will be extremely busy during the tournament, so please be patient if we are unable to attend to your calls immediately.

Car Parking

Members have access to Car Park B on the 1st and 2nd East fairways with entry off Frederick Road/Par Crescent (Gate B), HOWEVER, car parking space is extremely limited and only available on a first-come basis. Members will need to show their physical Member Card for access to car parking. Once the car park is full, there will be no car park access for members.

Car Park B opens at 8:00am.

We STRONGLY ENCOURAGE members to find alternative ways to get to the tournament, including car pooling, taxis and ride shares, or make use of the free public transport and shuttle buses available courtesy of the South Australian government.

Volunteers have a separate car parking area for the tournament, with entry via Brebner Drive (Gate E) and parking on the 5th West fairway.

Entry Locations

Member ground passes will be valid for entry through all public entry gates. Member ticket holders may enter via Entrance B (main entry on 1st East), Entrance C (Frederick Road) and Entrance D (Trimmer Parade).

Members can use the pedestrian gate on White Sands Drive and enter through Entrance B.

Entry Times

Car parks open at 8:00am each day.

Entry gates open at 8:30am each day.

All hospitality opens at 9:00am each day.

Golf, But Louder concerts will commence at the concert stage in the Fan Village after play has concluded.

Gates & Fan Village close at 6:00pm each day.

When will the course reopen to members?

The course will reopen to members on Tuesday, 30th April.

We ask members to be conscious that there will continue to be some restrictions to play and car parking as infrastructure is removed from the venue.

We will continue to keep members informed of any changes to course routings and facilities throughout the bump-out period and thank members for their patience during this time.
