The Grange Golf Club is well renowned as one of Adelaide’s premier sporting venues, boasting 2 internationally rated 18 hole championship courses and a multi award winning function centre. 

Grange currently has an opportunity for a casual Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. Reporting to our Hospitality Operations Manager and working closely with the Events Manager and Head Chef, you will supervise the operations of our Member services including the Grange Bistro and Members Bar.

To be successful in this role you must have experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry and an extensive background in all facets of food and beverage.  You will be required to use initiative and act as a role model to other staff while having a hands on approach and be willing to go the extra mile.

The successful applicant will:

  • Be immaculately presented with outstanding interpersonal, time management and organisational skills and have exception attention to detail.
  • Have proven experience in a modern bistro environment
  • Possess good leadership skills to assist in the development of casual staff members
  • Be able to work professionally, capably and efficiently when unsupervised

Essential characteristics include a strong work ethic, engaging personality, well developed interpersonal skills, initiative, a strong knowledge of food and wine, and a passion for delivering first class service. 

Must be available for an immediate start, be flexible to work days, nights including Fridays and Saturdays and weekends and have access to reliable transport.
