The Grange Golf Club is well renowned as one of Adelaide’s premier sporting venues, boasting 2 internationally rated 18 hole championship courses and a multi award winning function centre. 

The Grange is seeking to appoint a dynamic person to provide administration assistance to the Course Superintendent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing rosters and reviewing and reporting weekly staff hours to payroll
  • Inventory Control
  • Ordering and receiving stock
  • Managing deliveries, picks ups and invoicing
  • Managing the Course Superintendents emails, diary and meetings
  • Data Collection and entry
  • General housekeeping and administrative duties

This part-time position would consist of 20 hours per week spread over a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Personal attributes required include well developed interpersonal skills along with a keen eye for detail, an analytical mind and outgoing personality.  Computer knowledge including experience using excel would be favourable.
