As per the President’s recent update, we remind members that The Grange will commence playing golf in groups of three for all days and timesheets from Saturday 25th April 2020. The flexibility of a 3-ball will hopefully allow for most members to get a game on their preferred day for the foreseeable future.
Timesheets will be updated to reflect this change as follows:
- Saturday 25th April 2020 – Current timesheet has been deleted and will reopen for bookings on Thursday 23rd April at 9.00am for morning bookings (7:00am – 10:30am) and 9.30am for afternoon bookings (10:37am – 1:32pm).
- Sunday 26th April 2020 – Current timesheet has been deleted and will reopen for bookings on Friday 24th April at 9.30am
- Saturday 2nd May 2020 – Timesheet opens on Thursday 23rd April 2020 at 10.00am for morning bookings and 10.30am for afternoon bookings
- Sunday 3rd May 2020 – Timesheet opens on Friday 24th April 2020 at 10.30am
Whilst this change is a positive step to some normality this is also a time where we cannot become complacent and we urge all members to be vigilant and adhere to requirements such as 1.5 metre social distancing, ensuring groups do not congregate anywhere on the grounds of the Club including the 1st Tees, pro shop, practice fairway, putting greens etc. We have had visits from the police on three separate occasions and, if caught not adhering to these regulations, the Club faces a fine of $5,000 plus loss of liquor licence.
