A large waste area was added along the entire length of the hole as a transition between the wetland and the turf. Sandy waste allows for drainage capture and control of any invasive turf species. The green has a large roll on the back right that is not pinable but provides a back stop for a more forgiving second shot into the green. If you over shoot this green back right it will make for a very difficult up and down.

Playing Tips

A large waste area runs the entire length of this hole and is certainly not the best place to hit any shot from. The ideal tee shot is a well struck shot in the direction of the 13th green. The shot into the green has two bunkers left greenside and a large roll on the back right that provides as a backstop for a more forgiving second shot into the green. However if you over shoot this green back right it will make for a very difficult up and down.
