All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings for tee times, clinics, and other Club activities may be modified or cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start time. Should you wish to cancel or modify your booking to an alternative time or date, contact must be made with The Grange Golf Club by emailing info@grangegolf.com.au.
In the event of a cancellation of a booking, the following shall apply:
- Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the scheduled start time: A credit will be issued, which may be used toward a future booking of the same or similar activity.
- Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled start time: Booking payment is forfeited in its entirety as a cancellation fee. However, the Club may consider exceptions in extenuating circumstances at its sole discretion (for example, injury, extreme weather, or safety concerns).
The Club reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings due to unforeseen operational requirements or weather-related disruptions.
