Bookings for tee times, clinics, or other Club activities may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled start time.

If a booking is cancelled within this period, a credit will be issued which may be redeemed towards a future booking of the same or similar product.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled time are non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances as determined at the Club’s discretion (e.g. course closure, extreme weather, or safety concerns).

The Club reserves the right to modify or reschedule bookings in the event of unforeseen operational or weather-related disruptions.
