The Club offers two instalment options available for our fees:

  • Entrance Fee: Via an instalment plan over 4 annual instalments (a 10% instalment fee applies).
  • Annual Subscription Fee: Via an instalment plan over 12 monthly instalments (a 5% instalment fee applies).

Instalment Plan Terms & Conditions

Members who elect to pay fees via an instalment plan agree to the following terms:

General Conditions

  • Instalment plans are offered at the discretion of the Club and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
  • By selecting an instalment option, the member enters into a binding agreement to pay the full amount of the applicable fee, including any applicable instalment fee.

Entrance Fee Instalments (4 Annual Payments)

  • The Entrance Fee may be paid over four (4) annual instalments.
  • A 10% instalment fee will be applied to the total Entrance Fee.
  • The total amount (including the instalment fee) remains payable in full, regardless of resignation, suspension, or change in membership category.
  • No refunds or reductions will be provided for any unused portion.

Annual Subscription Instalments (12 Monthly Payments)

  • Annual Subscription Fees may be paid over twelve (12) monthly instalments.
  • A 5% instalment fee will be applied to the total Annual Subscription Fee.
  • Instalments will be processed via direct debit on the 20th of each month, or next business day, and are subject to change.
  • Annual levies (including but not limited to Golf Australia Levy, Insurance, and House Levy) will be charged in full with the first instalment.
  • A $15 administration fee may be applied to any declined or failed payment.

Ongoing Liability

  • Where a member resigns, transfers, or otherwise ceases membership, all outstanding instalments for that period remain due and payable in full.
  • Any unpaid amounts may be recovered by the Club in accordance with its Rules and applicable debt recovery processes.

Payment Defaults

  • If an instalment remains unpaid for more than 30 days from the due date, the member’s playing rights may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.
  • If an instalment remains outstanding for more than 60 days, the membership may be cancelled at the discretion of the Club.
  • Any outstanding amounts will remain due and payable, and the Club reserves the right to recover unpaid balances in accordance with its Rules and applicable debt recovery processes.

Acknowledgement

  • By electing to pay via instalments, members acknowledge and accept these terms, including their obligation to pay all outstanding amounts irrespective of membership status.
