Adult Membership Application

To assist us with your application, please fill out the form below our membership team will be in touch to guide you through the application process.

Membership vacancies currently exist in women's categories, as part of our commitment to the R&A's Women in Golf Charter. Men’s playing categories and Men's Junior 4C & 4D (19 to 30 years old) are currently at capacity and the waitlist applies.

The Grange Golf Club offers multiple entry categories for new adult members.

7-Day (Ages 31 and over) which provides full playing rights across the week.
6-Day (Ages 31 and over) which allows playing access from Sunday to Friday.
Junior 4C (Ages 19 to 23) which provides full playing rights across the week.
Junior 4D (Ages 24 to 30) which provides full playing rights across the week.

All category playing rights exclude gender specific competitions.

Waitlist Application Fee
To join the waiting list, there is a $1000 non-refundable application fee, which will be deducted from your entrance fee upon a position becoming available. By paying the application fee, you secure your position on the waiting list for membership however this does not hold your entrance fee price. Fees incrementally increase over time, and your membership offer fees will be calculated at the time of your membership offer.

Expected Wait Time
It can be difficult to accurately predict waitlist timeframes given it is based on future membership movements, if membership movements are different to what has happened historically, this can lead to changes in our expected membership offers. However, based on historical membership movements, currently we expect the wait time for traditional categories is at least 2 years from the time of application. As vacancies become available, members on the waitlist who are expected to receive an offer will be contacted ahead of our yearly intake to assist with planning.

APPLICATION ENDORSEMENT

A Proposer and Seconder is required to endorse this application. To be eligible, the Proposer and Seconder must:

Be a current financial Member of The Grange Golf Club;
Have been a member of the Club for more than 12 months;
Be over the age of 18;
Know the applicant personally and be able to vouch for their good character;
Not be an immediate relative of the applicant;

If you do not know any current Grange members, please provide either:

A letter of introduction from your current or previous golf club; or
Contact details of someone known to you for more than two years, who is not an immediate relative of yours, and agrees to be a referee for your application.
