As of the 1st of January 2023, changes have been made to the way Prize Vouchers from Club competitions are distributed.

Printed vouchers will no longer be collected from the Club reception and a new “Prize Voucher” account has been set up and will be visible in your membership portal on The Grange website.

Any winnings from Club Competitions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays will be available through this new account.  This account will have no expiry and your winnings will remain in the account until spent or transferred.  Prizes awarded into this account will be available to be spent in the Members Bar, Bistro, Grilled @ Grange and the Catering Cart.

If Members would prefer that their prize winnings be transferred to their Pro Shop account you must complete the online form “Transfer Prize Vouchers” that has been created and available under the Quick Links heading on the left hand side of the members home page or by clicking HERE.  You will be able select the amount you wish to transfer (can be full or partial transfer) and once the form is completed administration will arrange for your transfer request to be processed and funds made available in your Pro Shop account.

Any uncollected vouchers as at the 31st December 2022 have been automatically be applied to the new account.  If you are currently holding any vouchers, we ask that you either use them in the Pro Shop, Bistro, Grilled @ Grange, Members Bar or bring them to the office for deposit into the new account as soon as possible.
