The sold out Wirra Wirra Wine Lunch on Friday 13th of August is fast approaching. 

We are excited to release the menu, with the following mouthwatering dishes: 

Canapé – Spiced vegetarian sushi roll with a Japanese mayonnaise

Appetiser – Aromatic poached chicken, kale, slivered dried apricots & toasted walnut with Grange House dressing

Entrée – Chardonnay & citrus house cured Tasmanian Atlantic salmon with a crispy Salmon flesh, baby capers & apple straws

Main – 10 hour slow cooked Lamb rump served with roasted root vegetable mash, honey glazed baby carrots & a rosemary jus

Dessert – Chocolate brownie with a warm Belgium dark chocolate sauce
