Dave Wisking became part of The Grange Golf Club kitchen team in September 2016 as one of our casual chefs. Before joining the Club, Dave worked at Café Vita and has Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. Dave has a 14 year old daughter and when not working at The Grange, spends his time making music. We would like to take this opportunity to share some information on Dave.

Working with a positive group of people.
What is the most enjoyable part of your job?
The friends I have made here.
And the least enjoyable?
The lack of communication that sometimes happens in the rush!
