REMINDER: Feedback due by the 30th November 2019
Your Committee has commenced a process to establish a new Strategic Plan for The Grange Golf Club.
The Strategic Plan will set the direction of our Club for the next 5 years.
The plan sets out our vision, mission and the core values for The Grange Golf Club.
These have remained consistent with our vision to be the premier golfing facility in South Australia.
The plan is developed under six key areas of responsibility:
- the Courses
- Membership and Member Services
- Hospitality
- Finance and Infrastructure
- People and Culture
- Risk and Governance
Each of these key areas has a goal and a number of draft initiatives that have been prepared by the relevant sub-committees.
We would like to seek your feedback on any aspects of the plan including the initiatives that you consider will best take our club forward over the next 5 years.
