With AFL Gather Round in full swing, it became a \u201cgather round\u201d for the Pike team as well. The girls gathered ready to take on many Pennant men and women gathered to support the girls.<\/p>\n
Conditions were far from ideal, with periods of rain and a biting cold wind testing everyone on course. Despite this, the team showed great resilience and composure, rising to every challenge coming away with a strong 3 & 2 win.<\/p>\n
Kaylah once again delivered a standout performance, highlighting her continued development on the tough par-3 7th<\/sup> hole. After a slightly long tee shot that finished in thick grass above the back bunker, she faced a very difficult chip from a steep slope.
