{"id":22171,"date":"2021-05-18T16:39:04","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T07:09:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.grangegolf.com.au\/cms\/?p=22171"},"modified":"2023-06-20T16:45:06","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T07:15:06","slug":"the-grange-admin-team-welcomes-hugo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.grangegolf.com.au\/cms\/2021\/05\/the-grange-admin-team-welcomes-hugo\/","title":{"rendered":"The Grange Admin Team Welcomes Hugo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grangegolf.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Hugo-web.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-22173 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.grangegolf.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Hugo-web.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.grangegolf.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Hugo-web.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.grangegolf.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Hugo-web-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Management and Committee would like to welcome Hugo Siu as the new Accountant at The Grange Golf Club.<\/p>\n<p>Hugo joins us after spending the past 18 months as Finance Manager at the Pregnancy Babies &amp; Children\u2019s Expo and previously at Savant Energy Power Networks as Management Accountant and prior to this as Company Accountant at Dover Fisheries Pty Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Hugo comes to Grange with lots of qualifications including a Diploma of Business, Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance), Graduate Certificate of Business (Professional Accounting), Master of Applied Economics (International), CPA Program \u2013 Professional Level and he is currently completing his Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice.<\/p>\n<p>Hugo will report directly to the General Manager and his core responsibilities will include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly financial reporting, managing subscription renewals and payment plans,<\/li>\n<li>Statutory lodgements including, BAS, FBT, GST<\/li>\n<li>Sales analysis and reporting, maintenance of POS system<\/li>\n<li>Oversee Payroll, debtor &amp; creditor management and bank reconciliations<\/li>\n<li>P&amp;L analysis and cash flow reporting<\/li>\n<li>Annual budget preparation<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with external auditors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hugo commenced duties at The Grange on Tuesday 18<sup>th<\/sup> May 2021 and we encourage members to make him feel welcome.\u00a0 We are sure Hugo will be a great asset to the Grange team.<\/p>\n<p>We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dylan Stevens for the work he has done at Grange over the past six months.\u00a0 Dylan has accepted a new position at Discovery Parks in the analytical department which is his area of interest and expertise.<\/p>\n<p>BARRY LINKE<br \/>\nGeneral Manager<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grangegolf.com.au\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Hugo-web.jpg\"><\/a>Management and Committee would like to welcome Hugo Siu as the new Accountant at The Grange Golf Club.
