elect to pay fees via an instalment plan agree to the following terms:<\/p>\n\n<p>General Conditions<p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Instalment plans are offered at the discretion of the Club and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.<\/li>\n    <li>By selecting an instalment option, the member enters into a binding agreement to pay the full amount of the applicable fee, including any applicable instalment fee.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>Entrance Fee Instalments (4 Annual Payments)<p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>The Entrance Fee may be paid over four (4) annual instalments.<\/li>\n    <li>A 10% instalment fee will be applied to the total Entrance Fee.<\/li>\n    <li>The total amount (including the instalment fee) remains payable in full, regardless of resignation, suspension, or change in membership category.<\/li>\n    <li>No refunds or reductions will be provided for any unused portion.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n <p>Annual Subscription Instalments (12 Monthly Payments)<p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Annual Subscription Fees may be paid over twelve (12) monthly instalments.<\/li>\n    <li>A 5% instalment fee will be applied to the total Annual Subscription Fee.<\/li>\n    <li>Instalments will be processed via direct debit on the 20th of each month, or next business day, and are subject to change.<\/li>\n    <li>Annual levies (including but not limited to Golf Australia Levy, Insurance, and House Levy) will be charged in full with the first instalment.<\/li>\n    <li>A $15 administration fee may be applied to any declined or failed payment.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <p>Ongoing Liability<p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Where a member resigns, transfers, or otherwise ceases membership, all outstanding instalments for that period remain due and payable in full.<\/li>\n    <li>Any unpaid amounts may be recovered by the Club in accordance with its Rules and applicable debt recovery processes.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n <p>Payment Defaults<p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>If an instalment remains unpaid for more than 30 days from the due date, the member\u2019s playing rights may be suspended until the account is brought up to date.<\/li>\n    <li>If an instalment remains outstanding for more than 60 days, the membership may be cancelled at the discretion of the Club.<\/li>\n    <li>Any outstanding amounts will remain due and payable, and the Club reserves the right to recover unpaid balances in accordance with its Rules and applicable debt recovery processes.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n<p>Acknowledgement<p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>By electing to pay via instalments, members acknowledge and accept these terms,
