Traditional: Roasted Turkey with a cranberry Pangritatta crumble, roasted pumpkin, broccolini, smashed roasted Chat potatoes, with an au jus followed by a traditional Christmas pudding served with a Vanilla anglaise & ice-cream
Contemporary: Panko crumbed King George whiting served with house Greek salad, herbed roasted chat potatoes and a caper & gherkin mayonnaise followed by a mango mascarpone gateau with a berry coulis
