Management and Committee would like to welcome Sudip Kandel as the new Sous Chef at The Grange Golf Club.

Sudip has extensive experience in hospitality with over 10 years in the industry and exposure to several different food and beverage departments.  He joins us after 6 years as Sous Chef at Café Paparazzi in Malvern before previously working at Knott’s Crossing Resorts (Savannah Restaurant & Bar) in Darwin and catering company Compass Group.

Sudip completed his Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management in Sydney and commenced duties at The Grange on Saturday 21st December. 

We are sure Sudip will be a great asset to the Grange team, bringing fresh ideas and we encourage members to make him feel welcome.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Erika Dowd for the work she has done at Grange over the last three years especially during the Women’s Australian Open.  Erika has moved to Mildura to be closer to her family.
