We are pleased to announce that Rowan Daymond has been appointed as the new Course Superintendent at The Grange Golf Club.

Rowan returns to The Grange following a stint as Course Superintendent at Murray Downs Golf and Country Club where he has done a fantastic job.  Prior to that he was at The Grange for 7 years as Senior Assistant, and previously a greenkeeper at Kooyonga for 3 years and Coomealla Golf Club for 4 years.

Rowan was an outstanding candidate from a strong field of applicants.  He has a Diploma in Turf Management and has worked at a number of tournaments including the Women’s Australian Open at The Grange, various Jacobs Creek Opens and most notably the Dunhill Links Championship on the Old Course at St Andrews.

Rowan is also a handy golfer, playing off a 7 handicap and understands the game with a very strong eye for attention to detail.  He is moving back to Adelaide to commence duties at The Grange on Monday 18th September and we are confident he will do an outstanding job at The Grange.
