SAM GALER
Food & Beverage Manager
Sam joins us from the Hyatt Hotel Canberra where she was Lounge and Bar Manager of two departments, and previously was Assistant Restaurant Manager at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. Sam has over 15 years experience in hospitality including working closely with Sales and Event Teams.
Sam will be working closely with our Bar Manager, Matt Chestermann and Marketing & Events Manager, Elle Eckermann and will be responsible for the implementation of all external functions and member events as well as supervising staff and providing bar and catering services for the Club.
HOLLIE FRASER
Sous Chef
Hollie worked at Tiffins on the Park and has several years experience in this industry with certificates in pastry and desserts. Hollie has been employed with us as a casual chef for over 9 months now.
Hollie will be working closely with Craig our Head Chef in managing the kitchen and in his absents Hollie will be in charge.
The Club welcomes Hollie into the position and we hope all members will make her feel welcome.
MATT CHESTERMAN
Bar Manager
Matt joins The Grange Golf Club from the ALH Group where he was Assistant Manager at the Archer Hotel in North Adelaide, and previously as Venue Manager at the Hub Tavern in Aberfoyle Park and The Exeter Hotel Semaphore. Matt has over 9 years experience in the hotel and liquor trade including 2 years as a Venue Manager.
Matt's role involves operating the hospitality facilities, supervising staff and providing bar and catering services for the Club.
As a Grange Member, we think Matt is a great addition to the team.
