Budget, Planning & Co-ordination

We will work within agreed budgets and provide close consultation with the client throughout the planning stages. It is suggested that a meeting be arranged to discuss planning requirements for your event and provide assistance with the formulation of invitations. It is then suggested to meet again 1 month prior to confirm catering and beverage requirements and to discuss any specific logistics pertaining the day.

Complete Professional and Administrative Assistance

 

Our golf professional can introduce your group to the rules of the game before the round as well as offer a range of administrative tasks and additional features throughout the day. From prearranging score cards for each group, to compiling the scores and winners, your event can have nearest the pin and longest/straightest drive competitions as well as a pro to challenge you at one of the holes.

 

Corporate Exposure

 

Corporate groups are welcomed to include company logos and banners at various tees around the course. Sponsors are invited to incorporate product displays in our lounge, an area well suited to a pre game snack or meal when welcoming your guests.

 

Extensive and Differing Catering Options

 

Catering options for any golf event are easily tailored to your requirement. Early morning starts can be made all the more welcoming with a hot cup of coffee and freshly baked muffins. Afternoon tee off can be accompanied with sandwich platters, sausage sizzle or something more formal.

 

A refreshment cart can also be arranged to keep your players well hydrated throughout the day as well as having the additional option of a barbecue snack at the 5th tee. At the end of the round, you may like your group to have a light snack during the run down of the day's play or indeed a presentation dinner, utilizing one of the many menu and catering options to suit any group.

 

Presentations - Opportunities to Socialise and Network

 

Your presentations can be made all the more authentic with golf products available for you to award as prizes.  This opportunity to socialise and further enjoy the day's events will allow all attending to successfully remember your hospitality.
